Character Analysis

盅仔 = small porcelain pot  汁 = sauce  鳳爪 = phoenix claws 素 = here it means "vegetarian"
羅漢 = a Buddhist term meaning "perfect man", and therefore implies vegetarian
波菜 = spinach, but should actually be written 菠菜, the printed menu has a typo!
荳 = beans (may also be written 豆)
